Information agents reached AI Ultra subscribers on 12th Jun 2026, per the AI Mode tracker. Generative UI went global in AI Mode on 19th Aug 2026, with notebooks moving into Search.

Hotel booking arrived in AI Mode on 27th Aug 2026, with flight price tracking in more than 180 countries. Gemini 3.5 Flash was later joined by 3.7 and 3.8 Flash as selectable models for paid plans.

Every one of those is a dated entry with a primary source on the AI Mode tracker. Anything announced for "this summer" that has not appeared there has not shipped, as far as we can verify.
