Most questions have a quick answer here. If yours is not covered, just email us and we will be happy to help.

  • How do I uninstall Keywords Everywhere?

  • The quickest way is to right-click the Keywords Everywhere icon in your browser toolbar and choose Remove (it reads Remove from Chrome, Remove Extension, or Remove from Microsoft Edge, depending on your browser). You can also open your extensions page (chrome://extensions, edge://extensions, or in Firefox the Add-ons and themes menu under Extensions), find Keywords Everywhere and click Remove. Restart the browser afterwards. Your account and any unused credits stay safe, since they are tied to your API key, not the extension.

  • It is not working, or it stopped showing data.

  • Most issues clear up with a clean reinstall. Uninstall the extension, restart your browser, then install it again and add your API key. If the data still does not show, make sure the extension is turned on and your API key has credits, and try a hard refresh of the page.
    If it still does not work, please email us two screenshots, one of your whole settings page and one of the page with the problem, and we will sort it out.

  • Does it work on Android, iPhone or mobile?

  • No. Keywords Everywhere is a desktop browser extension, so there is no Android or iPhone app, and no Safari version. It works on the desktop versions of Chrome, Firefox and Edge, and the same API key works across all of your computers.

  • How does Keywords Everywhere work?

  • It adds search volume, CPC and competition data to the sites you already use, like Google, Bing, YouTube and Amazon. Install it, sign up for a free API key and add credits, and the metrics appear as you search, one credit per keyword. The keywords you look up are only used to fetch the data and are never stored.

  • I reinstalled the extension, but now my credits are zero.

  • You are most likely using the API key from a different account than the one you purchased credits for. Please look for the receipt email from Paddle or FastSpring, depending on which payment provider you used, and send that to us. It will help us locate your account. If you cannot find that email, Paddle or FastSpring can resend it to you.

  • I made a payment, but do not see my credits yet.

  • Credits can take around 20 minutes to appear in your account after a payment goes through. If it has been longer than that and they are still missing, please email us at the address above and we will add them for you.

  • I have another question.
