  • Some Common Questions

  • The extension suddenly stopped working.

  • This might be due to the extension corruption. Please uninstall and reinstall the extension. Remember to restart Chrome/Firefox between each uninstall/install.
    If that does not work, please email us two screenshots (i) of the entire settings page & (ii) of the page with the error.

  • I re-installed the extension. But now my credits are zero.

  • You are most likely using the API key from a different account than the one you purchased credits for. Please look for the email from Paddle or FastSpring, depending on which payment provider you used, and send that to us. It will help us locate your account. If you cannot find that email, then you can have Paddle or FastSpring send it to you again.

  • I've made the payment, but don't see credits in my account yet.

  • Sometimes it can take around 20 minutes for the credits to show up in your account after the payment has been made. If it's been longer than that time, and you don't see the credits, please send us an email to the above mentioned email address.
