How it works
Paste an ASIN or any Amazon product URL; the ASIN is read from the address. The checker then fetches the product page for that ASIN on six marketplaces through a licensed marketplace-data provider and lists, for each: the price range shown to a shopper in that country in the local currency, the discount off the list price when the page shows one, the star rating and number of ratings, and whether the product is available, with a link to the page. Marketplaces where the ASIN has no page say "not listed".
One check spends one Amazon lookup whatever the number of marketplaces. Pages are cached for seven days (the row says when a price came from the cache) and every check gets a shareable link. Nothing connects to your seller account and nothing is scraped from our servers. This is a current-price tool: no history, no alerts.
What the numbers mean
- Price
- The price range on the public product page for that marketplace at lookup time, in the local currency; a range when variations differ.
- Discount
- The percentage off the list price the page shows, when it shows one.
- Rating and ratings count
- The star average and the number of ratings on that marketplace's page; they differ by country because reviews are per marketplace.
- Available
- Whether the page offered the product for purchase at lookup time.
- Not listed
- The ASIN has no product page on that marketplace.
Frequently asked questions
What does the Amazon Price Checker show?
The current price of one product, identified by its ASIN, on six Amazon marketplaces side by side: the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Australia, and India (plus the marketplace of the URL you pasted, if it is another one). For each it shows the price range in the local currency, any discount off the list price, the star rating and number of ratings, and whether the product is available. It is today's price at lookup time, not a history.
Does it show price history or send price-drop alerts?
No. Price history and alerts need a service that records every product's price for months, which is what the dedicated price-history sites do. This checker answers a different question: what does the product cost right now, and in which country is it cheapest. For the same product across many countries, that is often what a seller or a shopper needs.
Why is the price different from what I see on Amazon?
Amazon shows different prices to different shoppers: by delivery address, Prime status, the seller that wins the Buy Box, and the variation selected. The checker reports the price on the public page for each marketplace at lookup time, without a signed-in account. Lookups are cached for a week, and the row says when a price came from the cache; the Refresh button fetches again.
Why does a marketplace say "not listed"?
The ASIN has no product page on that marketplace. Many products are listed in one country only, or under a different ASIN abroad. Search the product name on that marketplace to find its local ASIN, then check that one with the Amazon ASIN Lookup.
Are the prices converted to one currency?
No. Each price is shown in the marketplace's own currency (USD, GBP, CAD, EUR, AUD, INR) exactly as the page shows it, because a converted figure would hide the exchange rate and the local taxes and shipping that decide whether importing makes sense.
Where does the data come from?
From a licensed marketplace-data provider that reads the public Amazon product page on each marketplace at lookup time. Nothing here scrapes Amazon from our servers or connects to your seller account.
Can I export the comparison?
Yes. Export CSV downloads one row per marketplace (found, price range, currency, discount, rating, ratings count, availability, URL), and every check gets a shareable link that re-opens the same comparison for seven days without spending another lookup.
Is the Amazon price checker free?
Yes, free with no signup. Each check spends one Amazon lookup from the shared daily allowance shown by the quota chip (all six marketplaces count as one lookup); signing in on a paid Keywords Everywhere plan raises the daily cap. Every plan has a cap, higher tiers simply get a higher one.
