Enter a product keyword and see the products Amazon shows for it on the marketplace you pick: price, rating and count, how many were bought in the past month, Best Seller and Amazon's Choice flags, the sponsored share, and the related searches.

How it works
Type a product keyword, pick the marketplace, and the tool fetches the Amazon results page for it through a licensed marketplace-data provider (the first 50 products). Each product row shows what the results page shows: rank, title, price, star rating and number of ratings, Amazon's "bought in past month" figure where present, and the Best Seller and Amazon's Choice badges; sponsored products are marked. The summary above the table counts results and sponsored slots and gives the price range and median, the average rating, and the median number of ratings, and the related searches at the bottom of Amazon's page are listed as chips you can research next.
Results are cached for seven days, so repeating a keyword costs nothing and loads instantly; every lookup gets a shareable link. Nothing connects to your seller account and nothing is scraped from our servers. Prices are in the marketplace's currency as shown to a shopper in that country; they change often.
What the numbers mean
- Results
- The number of results Amazon reports for the keyword on that marketplace.
- Sponsored share
- How many of the shown products are ads; a high share means the top of the page is bought rather than earned.
- Price range and median
- The lowest, median, and highest listed price among the shown products.
- Average rating and median ratings
- The mean star rating and the median number of ratings among the shown products; both signal how established the category is.
- Bought in past month
- Amazon's rounded sales signal per product ("2K+"), where the page shows one; the summary totals the shown figures.
- Best Seller and Amazon's Choice
- Amazon's badges on the results page for that keyword.
- Related searches
- The searches Amazon suggests at the bottom of the results page.
Frequently asked questions
What does the Amazon Product Research Tool show?
The products Amazon shows for your keyword on the chosen marketplace, in the order they appear: the top organic results and the sponsored ones, each with its price, star rating and number of ratings, Amazon's "bought in past month" figure where the page shows one, and the Best Seller and Amazon's Choice badges. Above the table, a summary gives the number of results Amazon reports, the price range and median, the average rating, the sponsored share, and the related searches shoppers use.
Is "bought in past month" the same as sales?
It is Amazon's own rounded sales signal, shown on the results page and the product page for many products ("2K+ bought in past month"). It counts units bought across all sellers of that listing, rounded down to the nearest step (50+, 100+, 500+, 1K+, 2K+ ...), and Amazon shows it only above a threshold. It is the closest thing to a published sales number on Amazon, which is why this tool shows it instead of a modelled estimate.
Why is there no sales estimate from the Best Sellers Rank?
Because nobody publishes the curve. Tools that turn a BSR into "units per month" use a private model, and two of them disagree by a factor of two on the same product. Amazon's "bought in past month" is a real figure from Amazon, so the tool shows that, and the number of ratings as a second demand signal (roughly one review per 50 to 100 sales is the usual rule of thumb).
How do I read the summary for a product idea?
Start with demand: total results and how many of the shown products carry a "bought in past month" figure. Then competition: the price range (a wide range means room to position), the average rating (a category full of 4.6-star products is hard to enter), the median number of ratings (thousands means established listings), and the sponsored share (a high share means the top of the page is bought). The Amazon Keyword Tool gives the search demand for the keyword itself.
Where does the data come from?
From a licensed marketplace-data provider that reads the public Amazon results page for the marketplace you pick, at the moment of your lookup; results are cached for a week and the page says when it came from the cache. Nothing here scrapes Amazon from our servers or connects to your seller account. Results vary by marketplace, by the depth of the page, and over time, as Amazon's own page does.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Eleven: the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Australia, India, and Mexico. Prices are shown in each marketplace's currency.
Can I export the products?
Yes. Export CSV downloads every product row (rank, ASIN, title, organic or sponsored, price, rating, ratings count, bought in past month, badges, URL) for a spreadsheet, and Copy table copies the same columns. Every lookup gets a shareable link that re-opens the same results for seven days without spending another lookup.
Is the Amazon product research tool free?
Yes, free with no signup. Lookups draw from a shared daily allowance of Amazon lookups shown by the quota chip, because each uncached lookup costs us a data call; signing in on a paid Keywords Everywhere plan raises the daily cap. Every plan has a cap, higher tiers simply get a higher one.
