How it works
Describe what the email should accomplish, choose an email type (Write new, Reply, Cold outreach, or Follow-up) and a tone, and the generator drafts two complete emails: greeting, short skimmable paragraphs, sign-off, and a subject line each. For replies, paste the email you received into the context field and the draft addresses every point it raises.
- Write new drafts a fresh email with one clear purpose and ask.
- Reply answers the pasted email, mirroring its formality.
- Cold outreach keeps it under ~150 words with a personalized opener and one low-friction ask.
- Follow-up references the earlier touchpoint and adds new value instead of just bumping.
Where a detail is missing (a name, a date), the draft uses a [Name]-style placeholder so nothing gets invented. Every generation draws from a shared daily AI allowance shown by the quota chip; copy includes the subject line automatically.
Free, no signup. Each generation draws a small amount from your shared daily AI allowance, shown by the quota chip. Paid plans get a larger daily allowance for heavier sessions.

Frequently asked questions
How do I write an email with this generator?
Describe what the email needs to say, for example "ask my landlord to fix the heating before winter", pick the email type and tone, and click Write My Email. You get two complete drafts with subject lines; copy the one you prefer, or hit Generate more for two fresh takes.
Does this create email addresses or inboxes?
No. This tool writes the text of emails, the message you send. It does not create email accounts, temporary addresses, or inboxes; for that you need an email provider.
How do I generate a reply to an email I received?
Switch the email type to Reply, paste the email you received into the context field, and describe how you want to respond ("politely decline but keep the door open"). The draft addresses each point from the original and matches its level of formality.
What makes a good cold outreach email?
Short, specific, and about the recipient: a personalized first line, one clear value proposition, and a single easy ask (a reply, not a meeting demand). The Cold outreach mode enforces this shape, keeps drafts under about 150 words, and bans the cliches that get emails deleted.
Will the AI invent details like names or prices?
It is instructed not to: anything you did not supply appears as a [Name]- or [Date]-style placeholder for you to fill in. Give richer context (paste it into the context field) and the drafts get more specific.
Are subject lines included?
Yes, every draft carries its own subject line, shown in the subject bar of each card, and the Copy button copies the subject and body together, ready to paste into your email client.
Is the email generator free?
Yes, free with no signup. Each generation draws from a shared daily AI allowance shown by the quota chip on the page; signed-in paid plans get a larger daily allowance.
Can it write emails in other languages?
Yes. Write your brief in the language you want and the drafts (including subject lines) come back in that language.
