How it works

Fill in your details, choose a style and accent color, and optionally add a photo or logo. The generator builds a professional signature using an email-friendly table layout with inline styles, the most compatible format across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. The preview updates live; Copy signature puts the formatted version on your clipboard, ready to paste into your email settings.

Everything runs in your browser. Nothing, including any photo, is uploaded; your entries are saved only on your device.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add this signature to Gmail?

Fill in your details, click Copy signature, then in Gmail go to Settings, scroll to the Signature section, create a signature, and paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) into the box. The formatting, colors, and links come across intact. Save changes at the bottom.

How do I add it to Outlook or Apple Mail?

In Outlook, open File > Options > Mail > Signatures (or Settings > Signatures on the web), make a new signature, and paste. In Apple Mail, open Settings > Signatures, create one, and paste. Use Copy signature so the formatting is preserved.

Can I see an example before filling in my own details?

Yes. Click Load sample at the top of the form and it fills with an example signature for "Jane Doe", including a monogram photo, so you can see exactly how a finished signature looks. Then edit any field to make it your own, or click Clear to start fresh.

What is the difference between Copy signature and Copy HTML?

Copy signature copies the formatted, rendered signature, which is what you want for Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. Copy HTML copies the raw HTML source, useful if your email tool or CRM has an "edit HTML / insert code" option.

Can I add a photo or logo?

Yes. Upload an image and it is embedded directly in the signature, so there is no link to a file that could break. Keep it small (a square headshot or logo around 100-150px works best) so emails stay light.

Will my details or photo be uploaded anywhere?

No. The signature is built entirely in your browser and nothing is sent to a server. Your entries are saved only on your own device so the form is ready next time.

Why does my signature look slightly different in some email clients?

Email clients render HTML differently and some strip certain styles (Outlook, for example, ignores rounded image corners). This generator uses a table layout with inline styles, the most compatible approach, so it looks consistent across the major clients even if tiny details vary.

Is the email signature generator free?

Yes, free with no signup and no limits.
