The Differences in Detail

Here is each difference from the table above, one by one.

Credits

One credit buys the volume, CPC, competition, and 12-month trend for one keyword. Bronze includes 100,000 credits per year, Silver 400,000, Gold 2,000,000, and Platinum 8,000,000.

Credits are used everywhere the extension shows metrics. A Google search that shows 8 Related keywords, 20 People Also Search For keywords, and 25 Long-tail keywords uses 1 + 8 + 20 + 25 = 54 credits.

Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase, and your oldest credits are used first. If you run out, the extension keeps showing keywords but hides the metrics until you top up. You can also set the extension up for extremely low credit usage.

User Seats

User seats are the number of people who can share your API key. You get 1 seat on Bronze, 3 on Silver, 10 on Gold, and 20 on Platinum.

One seat covers all of your own devices and browsers. Seats only matter for teams: everyone shares one account and one API key, and the seat count is the maximum number of people using it.

Website Research Limits

These caps apply when you research a website rather than a keyword. When you pull the keywords a domain or URL ranks for, or its backlinks, your plan sets how many results you see per site: the top 1,000 on Bronze, 2,000 on Silver, 5,000 on Gold, and 10,000 on Platinum.

Ordinary keyword lookups are never capped. They simply use credits.

SEO Minion (Silver and up)

Included with Silver, Gold, and Platinum. SEO Minion is a separate browser add-on from our team that helps with everyday SEO tasks: on-page SEO analysis, broken link checking, Google SERP previews, hreflang validation, and scraping People Also Ask questions.

Premium ChatGPT Prompts (Silver and up)

Included with Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The extension's prompt template library for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek is free for everyone and uses no credits. A small set of premium templates is reserved for these plans.

Keyword Keg (Gold and up)

Included with Gold and Platinum. Keyword Keg is our web-based keyword research tool. It finds keyword ideas from Google, YouTube, Bing, Amazon, eBay, and other websites, shows you the volume, CPC, and competition data for each keyword, and lets you filter keywords by purchase intent.

You can also upload your own keyword lists to analyze them in bulk. Once you subscribe, you can open it directly from your subscription details page.

RapidLevelUp Courses (Gold and up)

Included with Gold and Platinum. RapidLevelUp is a website that sells courses on digital marketing. These plans include all the courses, currently worth $1,194, for free.

Once you subscribe, click the "Get coupon code" button on your subscription details page to claim them.

Priority Email Support (Platinum)

Included with Platinum. Every customer gets email support at help@keywordseverywhere.com. Platinum customers get a dedicated priority address, and their emails are answered first.

Questions you may have

Do all Keywords Everywhere plans have the same features?

Yes. Every plan, from Bronze to Platinum, includes the full extension and the API. The differences are the number of credits, the number of user seats, the per-website caps on the website research features, and the bundled extras: SEO Minion, premium ChatGPT prompts, Keyword Keg, RapidLevelUp courses, and priority support.

Do you have monthly plans?

No, all plans are annual. Our lowest plan works out to $7 per month, and billing such a small amount monthly would cost more in payment fees than it is worth. You can cancel anytime.

What happens when I run out of credits?

The extension keeps working and keeps showing you keywords in the Related, People Also Search For, and Long-tail widgets, but it stops showing the volume, CPC, and competition data. You can top up with a credit bundle or upgrade your plan at any time.

Do unused credits roll over or expire?

Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, then they expire. If you buy credits on different dates, the oldest credits are always used first. You can see your expiry schedule on the Stats page, under the Credits Left tab.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade from your subscription details page at any time. The credits from your old plan are retained alongside the new plan's credits. If you would rather not keep the old credits, email us at help@keywordseverywhere.com and we will refund the old plan instead.

Can my whole team use one plan?

Yes. Each plan comes with user seats: 1 on Bronze, 3 on Silver, 10 on Gold, and 20 on Platinum. Your team shares a single account and API key, and the seats value is the maximum number of people who can use it. Your own devices and browsers all count as one seat.

Is there a free version of Keywords Everywhere?

Yes. The LLM prompt templates, the Instagram hashtag generator and engagement metrics, Pinterest insights, and X (Twitter) engagement metrics are all free, with no API key needed. The volume, CPC, competition, and trend data needs a free API key and a paid plan with credits.
