Recently, Chrome has started hiding extensions in the toolbar. You will notice a new grey icon at the top right of your chrome browser which looks like a piece of a jigsaw puzzle 
. When you click this icon, a menu will show a list of all the installed extensions. You need to click the Pin icon next to SEO Minon. Once done, you will see the SEO Minion icon
This message states that the SEO Minion chrome extension will have access to all the pages that you want to analyze using the "Analyze On-Page SEO" feature.
Some extensions that only work on certain websites can list down what websites they should work on. However, since SEO Minion let's you analyze the html contents of any webpage, it needs to have these permissions to work
